MILLE GRAZIE (5) returns after a five-month break, aiming to replicate her debut win over 1200m at this track to start her last campaign. She has the pole position and is the one to beat fresh up. MAROKOPA FALLS (10) last raced six-and-a-half months ago in the G1 Sistema Stakes over 1200m at Ellerslie. She has plenty of scope and is weighted to be hard to hold out. KASUKEDO (1) was below par last time, finishing eighth over 1300m at Cambridge on the poly track after being prominent on the turn. Well placed here, and he can figure in the top 4. SWEET ICE (6) resumes after a six-month spell, having finished sixth over 1200m at Pukekohe in his only run last prep. He is stronger now and won't be far away.
