LUVABEEL (6) returns after seven months in the paddock, having ended her last campaign with an eighth-place finish over 2000m in the G2 Sir Tristram Fillies Classic at Te Rapa. She has trialled well leading up to this and can take this out while fresh up. SARRACINA (2) struggled again last start, finishing seventh and beaten by 6 lengths over 2200m at Te Aroha on a very heavy track. A firmer surface will help her, so allow her another chance. MIZZETTE (10) showed promise on debut 25 days ago over 1200m at Te Rapa, finishing fifth and not far behind the winner. She will naturally improve with the run and can figure in the top 3 this time. SWEET ENVY (1) was in contention on the turn and finished second in her first run back from a spell over 1200m at Hawera, beaten by a long neck. She is well placed to go one better. AMUSEMENT (3) was fourth on debut before being put aside to mature. She was third in a recent trial, and is worth including in all combinations.
